An example of a super-curricular activity: A Ted Talk – How reliable is your memory? – Elizabeth Loftus.

A super-curricular activity includes something which is related to one of your subjects and gives you additional information about it, advancing your knowledge.

This Ted Talk discussed the importance of memory recall and how the consequences of poor or faulty recall can be detrimental. She discussed a case where in a line-up, someone had faulty recall which led him to be falsely imprisoned and negatively impacted his life because of this false accusation made about him. I found this interesting which helped me when I already had some information about memory in Psychology.
