Wye School
30/06/2026
On Tuesday 30th June, our entire Year 10 cohort visited the University of Kent as part of the school’s careers programme to help raise aspirations and broaden students’ understanding of future pathways. The day began with an engaging talk in a university lecture theatre, where students learned about university life, courses, and opportunities beyond school. This was followed by a guided tour of the impressive campus facilities, including a cinema and even a practice courtroom, which sparked particular interest. Throughout the visit, our students represented the school exceptionally well, asking thoughtful and insightful questions of the student ambassadors and demonstrating real curiosity about their futures.
