We are the best performing non-selective school in the local area, and third in the whole of Kent, an amazing achievement.

Progress 8: +0.35 Above average for England (-0.03) and Kent (-0.15)

This means that our students get higher GCSE grades for their ability than average in England or Kent, over a third of a grade higher.
This was very significantly higher than all local non-selective schools and higher than 10 Kent grammar schools.

This means that our students get more of the higher 4-9 GCSE grades on the 1-9 grade scale, with 9 being the top, than is average in England.

Entering Ebacc: 62.8% Above average for England (40.5%) and Kent (46.9%)

This means that more of our students took GCSEs in English, Maths, Science, Humanities and Languages than is average in England or Kent.

Staying in Education or Entering Employment: 94% Above average for England (91%) and Kent (92%)

Our students go on to further study at 6th form, college or via work based apprenticeships at a higher rate than the average in England or Kent.

Grade 5+ in English & Maths: 48.4% Above average for England (45.9%) and Kent (47.9%)

Grade 4+ in English & Maths: 77.7% Above average for England (64.5%) and Kent (64.8%)

More of our students than the England or Kent average get the higher 4-9 grades in GCSE English Language, English Literature and Maths.

Ebacc Average Point Score: 4.29 Above average for England (4.08) and Kent (4.17)

This means that on average our students get a higher set of EBACC GCSE grades than the norm in England or Kent.
