Christmas Carol Service

Wye School held our traditional Christmas Carol Service today in our local parish church, St Gregory and St Martin Church. Rev Holy welcomed us and delivered an interesting sermon on the history of Christmas in England, we learn't some things about how they used to celebrate in past times that included dead mice and the over-eating of sprouts.

Year 7, 8 and 9 students attended, and just about fitted into this historic building, and the Year 7 Choir and Poetry groups contributed to the service. It was a lovely way to end the Christmas term.
